User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
- You must be at least 18 years old to use CentAI
- One person may not maintain multiple free accounts
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use CentAI for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the service to generate harmful or misleading financial content
- Attempt to bypass usage limits on the free plan
Payments & Subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of payment
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
Intellectual Property
CentAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mario Roussis and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without permission.
Limitation of Liability
CentAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses, damages, or decisions made based on information provided by CentAI. Use the service at your own risk.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at mroussis@icloud.com.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
