Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted database platform with enterprise-grade security. All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS encryption.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
Third-Party Services
- Supabase — user authentication and data storage
- Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
- Anthropic Claude API — AI responses (conversations may be processed by Anthropic's systems)
- Vercel — website hosting and anonymous analytics
Cookies
We use minimal cookies necessary for the service to function, including authentication tokens to keep you logged in. We use anonymous analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can decline non-essential cookies via the cookie banner shown on your first visit.
Your Rights (GDPR)
As a user based in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Export your conversation history
- Opt out of analytics tracking
- Withdraw consent at any time

Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation history can be deleted at any time using the trash button in the chat. If you close your account, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
CentAI is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the website.
